  • Our dynamic to provide and encourage in the care of water, is through the implementation of saving instruments that have been installed in showers, sinks and toilets, which help the proper use of this natural resource without wasting and reducing water residuals by 50%.
  • We promote among our guests through printed material, which informs about the good use of water that must be carried out in the hotel by the guests and also, we show significant figures of the savings that can be made by the hotel. through the help of the guest from the good management of the lingerie.

ENERGY SAVING

We have energy saving equipment so that the consumption of energy is not harmful and polluting for the environment. For this, the entire hotel has light bulbs with LED lighting and thus, not having mercury or tungsten reduce CO2 emissions by almost 80%. In addition, the heat emissions are minimal, since they transform 98% of their energy into light and only 2% into heat..

 

In addition, we have large windows and outdoor areas that allow the entrance of natural light to the hotel, for its lighting during the day and it is unnecessary to use artificial light during the morning and afternoon hours.

The use of SEER 16 air conditioners helps reduce energy consumption by 50% when they are turned on, thus providing a high level of cooling with less energy.

 

We have an intelligent pumping system controlled by state-of-the-art speed variators that guarantees the greatest energy savings and the least waste of water in the different sections of the hotel.

SAVING GAS

The heating of the water is carried out with gas passage heaters with an efficiency of 96%. These heaters are condensing and modulating. Also, they have a temperature limiter, which only allows them to reach the temperature to a limit and in this way no more energy will be consumed than what is necessary. On the other hand, this device is responsible for interrupting the passage of gas while the flame is not on, thus minimizing the atmospheric pollution that this fossil fuel brings to be released in large quantities.
