The purpose of this document is to regulate the TERMS or GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS of the online Reservation services (hereinafter, and indistinctly, the online Pre-Reservation and Reservation services, or the services) of HOTEL CASA VALLECAUCANA SAS , (hereinafter HCV) Identified with NIT 900.924.594, and National Tourism Registry number 42389, with address in Cali in Carrera 28 No. 5B – 56. The terms “You” and “User” are used here to refer to to all individuals and / or entities that for any reason access www.hotelcasavallecaucana.com or use the services. The use of these services, will imply the full acceptance without reservations, and the validity of each and every one of the Terms and / or General Conditions -which are considered automatically incorporated in the contract that is signed with Hotel Casa Vallecaucana, without being his written transcript is necessary in it.

to. On-line Booking services are for the purpose of booking a room at the Hotel Casa Vallecaucana. THE USE OF THESE SERVICES, WILL SUPPORT THE FULL ACCEPTANCE AND WITHOUT RESERVATIONS, AND THE VALIDITY, OF ALL AND EACH OF THE GENERAL TERMS OR CONDITIONS – WHICH WILL BE CONSIDERED AUTOMATICALLY INCORPORATED IN THE CONTRACT THAT IS SUBSCRIBED WITH HOTEL CASA VALLECAUCANA SAS, WITHOUT BEING YOU NEED YOUR WRITTEN TRANSCRIPTION IN THE SAME.

b. Contracting procedure: When using the service, the user will receive an email informing them that their purchase order is in the process of being confirmed. If you are a consumer, once you have made the corresponding charge to your reservation, you will receive an email confirming it. This email serves as proof of your reservation.

c. Guarantee: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed overnight with a credit card. In case of not showing up at the hotel without prior notice, you will be charged the first night of your stay, including VAT and taxes.

d. Termination of the contract or cancellation of the reservation: The credit card is only a means of guarantee. The cancellation of reservations by the user will not cause early cancellation costs, as long as it is made 48 hours before the day of the reservation. After that time, Hotel Casa Vallecaucana will charge the cancellation fee as compensation, amounting to the amount of the first night with VAT and taxes included. This clause is not valid for reservations made with special rates. In these cases the entire contracted value will be charged.

F. Prices per room and night. The prices are only valid in writing and during the term indicated therein. When there are justifiable reasons, HCV reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice. The prices related to the reservation will be informed during the booking process. The VAT is applied to the prices, notwithstanding the fact that additional taxes are also applied according to the local regulations in force.

g. The prices shown at the time of booking include VAT according to the applicable tax rate at the time. In case of changes in the tax rate between the date of the reservation and the date of delivery of the services, the tax rate that will be applied to the final price will be that which corresponds at the moment of the delivery of the services or the accumulation of the tax, even in cases where this causes an increase in relation to the final price reported to the client during the reservation. 2.3 The user undertakes to use the services in a manner consistent with the Law, morality and good customs and public order, as well as the provisions of these Terms and / or General Contracting Conditions. Consequently, it is obliged not to use the services, for purposes or effects that are unlawful and / or contrary to the provisions of these Terms and / or General Contracting Conditions, which are detrimental to rights and / or interests of third parties or which, in any way , may damage the services, Hotel Casa Vallecaucana and / or its image. 2.4 Hotel Casa Vallecaucana may, for greater flexibility and for the benefit of users, unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the services provided, or the Operational, technical and usage conditions of the services. 3.2. Procedure in case of violation of intellectual property rights.

IF THE SERVICE IS RESULTING FROM LOWER CATEGORY OR QUALITY OF THE REPLACEMENT, HCV WILL REMOVE THE DIFFERENCE.

The user is aware that the use of the Online Reservation service implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each of the clauses integrating these TERMS or GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT from the moment the user hires the service. Therefore, the user is aware of the importance of consulting the rules of this page, prior to accessing and / or using these services.

The conditions of access and use established here and the conflicts that may arise regarding its interpretation, use, scope and termination are governed by Colombian law and in particular by the special rules that may be applicable on the matter and will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Colombian judges.
